Copper LinksWe manufacture Copper links and busbars to suit a variety of applications in the electrical engineering industry.All copper busbar products are fabricated from high grade BS EN 13600 CW004A copper We will manufacture to your own specifications, either from your drawing, or we will design from scratch. Typical finish will be electro-tin plate, 5 microns thick, either bright or dull, depending upon your requirement. Bright Nickel plate is also available. Specialist application busbars are also available, fabricated to any shape or size. |

ShuntsTranect shunts are a series of copper strips press welded together. Typically, the strips range from 0.1mm to 0.3mm in thickness, and the shunt assemblies are between 10mm and 40mm thick. Other dimensions are available on request.This assembly creates a connector with the current carrying capacity and versatility of a busbar, but with the flexibility to allow for vibration and component movement or mis-alignment. The ends can be drilled, welded, bent or otherwise configured to customer requirements. Similarly, the structure of the shunt can be formed into a shape to suit the end user’s needs. |
